Question about the missing "baby Lisa" case

If this has been said, I have missed it. When did someone other than the parents see the baby? When was the last independent sighting of the child? I have heard the mother say 6:30pm or 10:30pm, and the father said the child was gone when he came home from work. But when was the child seen by someone other than the parents? I wonder after the cadaver dogs supposedly got a "hit" in the bedroom. Thanks, Hyacinth
