Thank you so much Brii! I plan on it. It gives me something to look forward to. I need a little break right now.

Re: Question about the Hamptons

If you enjoy outlet shopping, the Tanger Outlets in Riverhead is less than a half hour drive from the Hamptons. It's huge, and set up so that you can park your car near any stores you'd like to shop at, in case the weather isn't good.

Weird, I tried to answer you and it kept not letting it go through, yet here it is.

@Irshgrl31201 I hope you have a great time in the Hamptons.  A site that we use everytime we travel is trip advisor.  Here is the link to the one for the Hamptons.  Enjoy!!!http://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g47629-East_Hampton_Long_Island_New_York-Vacations.html

ETA:  The 1770 House Restaurant is rated as the #1 out of 60 restaurants there.  Cool.

Re: Question about the Hamptons

Great suggestions!  I am very familiar with Hampton Bays and recommend 2 restaurants:  Villa Paul and One North (ask about the cheesecakes).  The best thing about the Tanger outlet is Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn because you don't see them everywhere.    If you love antiques you will see lots of shops on Montauk Highway from Eastport to Montauk.

Enjoy!

Re: Question about the Hamptons

Have a great time.  We are looking into doing a family trip to the Hamptons.  It is somewhere I've always wanted to go.
