Question about the Halo Pocket Power

It says to charge for 6 hours or until the green light stops flashing.

It's been 2 hours and the green light stopped flashing and it's on F.

The instructions say to disconnect once it stops flashing.

I called Customer Service at Halo and they say that initially, even though it says otherwise, you should leave it connected for the 6 hours.

I told her this should be in the instructions and perhaps in the future they should include it.

Anyone else have it stop flashing after only 2 hours?
