Question about the Arias trial

I admit to not following this to rather recently. I can't find this information.

I have seen her testimony about the encounter with the gun, the linebacker, the gun went off, etc. I have seen that the medical examiner thinks it may have happened last. That makes no sense to me, but he's the expert.

What was her testimony about stabbing him? Did she testify as to how he got 29 stab wounds, or is that part of her "fog?"
