Question about ebay.........

I ordered a pair of earrings on ebay from a jeweler in Kentucky and she sent them Express Mail with delivery confirmation for yesterday 12 noon. I have yet to receive them. I paid 18.95 in shipping charges.

The post office can give me no information where they are from the tracking number and I was wondering how I should proceed. This is the first thing I have ever ordered from e-bay because I was afraid of something just like this happening.{#emotions_dlg.blushing}{#emotions_dlg.sad}

For those who have ordered from ebay, what recourse do I have? TIA
