Question about death of parent

Hi Everyone,

I have never posted on among freinds I usually post on the beauty forums.

I just lost my wonderful father on 3/9 due to sepsis and pancreatic cancer. He was only 64 years old.

I am really struggling with his loss as I have always been a daddy's girl even though I am 33 Smiley Happy

Does anyone have an advice on how to deal with this loss? I am lucky that I still have my mom but she is so lost without him I don't want to burden her with my grief too and try to be strong for her. They were married for 40 years in December.

I know that he is in a better place and out of pain. I just miss him so much.
