Question about Mary Beth's husband

The other day Mary Beth turned 52 and her husband and a couple of sons gave her flowers on-air. Her husband's name is Mark. For some reason I thought she was married to Mike Rowe, former Q host now host of "Dirtiest Jobs" and Ford Commercials. Are Mark and Mike Rowe related?
