From HSN, I like the Huggable Hangers, quite a few of their kitchen items, and the microfiber sheet sets.

What are the microfiber sheets like? Are they similar to flannel sheets, or are they the same thing? {#emotions_dlg.blink}

Re: Question Re Shopping With HSN

I got the Concierge microfiber sheets, and they are NOT like flannel. They are more like silk, not cotton-y at all. They are fine, something different, very lightweight.

I also got the Concierge polkadot robe. I like it a lot, as it's very, very soft and warm. Even gave one as a Christmas present.

I agree with another poster, the sets aren't as glamorous as on Q, and I wouldn't touch a lot of their fashions, but look around--there is a lot to choose from. I got a simple, black gored skirt (Slinky) yesterday for under $25 all told.

Hanger question--what is the difference between the hangers sold on HSN and the flocked hangers seen at marshalls, etc.? Are they better or different?

They are much the same as most you see in stores, however, I have read about some of the knock offs breaking easily.

If you watch, you can get a TS or other special for a cheaper price per hanger than even Marshalls, Walmart, etc.

Some of the items in her package deals are also useful. Hanging closet organizers, etc. The clothes pin type clips are useless, IMO.

Re: Question Re Shopping With HSN

I just saw this thread and had to chime in. I shop at HSN frequently and have been very satisfied with most of my purchases. If I'm not, I return with very prompt refunds. I've been shopping there for years.

Along with some of the other replies, I've also bought Huggable Hangers as well as: Korres products, Tan Towels, Smashbox & LancĂ´me cosmetics, Concierge Collection sheets, mattress toppers & the best pillows I've every used, Sporto winter boots and more. But by far the best thing I've ever purchased there are Andrew Lessman vitamins and supplements. His Essential One multi vitamins are wonderful. I also buy the Omega 3, Glucosamine, Women's Wellness and his cranberry supplement that I actually gave my dogs for urinary crystals (which are now cleared up completely). The quality of his product is outstanding. Almost every product he sells at HSN is a customer pick.

I think there are tons of great products at HSN and their customer service is excellent. Plus, they don't send letters about too many returns or order cancellations that threaten to close your account like QVC does. Hope you enjoy your purchase(s).

Thanks for this post. Im curious too. I only bought one thing on HSN and that was 10 years ago! I find their tv format and hosts to be very cheesy. But recently I have been thinking of trying out some things on HSN because when flipping through channels it seems to me they have better deals.

HSN used to be a joke and not a good one. It was like a bad informercial. It has changed and now has some nice fashions, Iman, G Rancic, Twiggy. But they also have odd fashion, at least odd to me, that appeal to more "flashy" women. The jewelry is the same some really nice and some over the top.

Yes, the knock off Huggables aren't as good. I have both and the Huggables are more substantial.
