I always try to go through Mr. Rebates when I order.  I have quite a few items from Q (mainly clothes and cosmetics) that have "0" value on the rebate.  There are rebates above these areasfrom orders that were made on dates after the "0 areas", so I don't think it's a time limit.

Can anyone explain what the "0" areas are?

Does this happen to you?

Thanks!

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

when you order from qvc via mr rebates, you will see posting date, order date, QVC, order number, amount of order, amount of rebate.....from left to right.

when you are getting a REFERRAL rebate, you will see posting date, order date, referral 20% bonus buy, N/A, $0.00, amount of referral rebate......from left to right.

do you have referrals on your account?

each rebate you receive should give you either the order number (if you ordered it) or the referral email link of the person who did order (where it says "referral 20% bonus buy.)

not sure if this answers your question though.

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

I don't get referrals.  When I go through Mr Rebates, I go out then sign in again.  So many things from Q get no rebate I don't order anything but clothes and beauty although I do like easy pay.  I wonder if that could be it?  Thanks!

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

@ECBG,

This is what I do....

Pretend there is no Mr. R and just sign in and put items into your cart.

Then go back to Mr. R and click thru to the store where your cart is.

Check out as usual.

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

[ Edited ]

Possible reasons-not sure if any apply:

-If you returned the item, it will zero out your rebate for that line item. Same with an item you cancelled after you ordered it and before it shipped.

-If it was waitlisted and the item doesn't ship out within 60 days you won't get the cashback

-I believe electronics do not get cashback on QVC

All these will show up on your rebates list but just not give you any rebate amount if any of the above apply.

@SilleeMee, Thanks!  That's exactly what I do, but on my Mr R account I may have five items with zero rebate then two or three that did, then again a bunch with zero rebate.  Do you have that?  Maybe they don't rebate the easy pay I've used.

@ECBG,

No, I don't have that happen. My easy-pay items always rebate for the full cost of the item.

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

@ECBG,

Is this problem something new or has it always been that way?

The reason I'm asking is it could be the browser you are using...?? Just a thought.
