There are dozens of discussions on the topic and more being started daily. The same people complaining about what "they want". As if the world revolves around them. For any company to survive they need to make money. As they say misery loves company, so guess they intend to spread it all over the boards.

It's creating a conversational atmosphere.about the topic. The complainers about the conversations should start their own topics if they find it impossible to ignore this one.
If these posts didn't exist, what would the constant haranguers have to complain about?

I'm remembering now why I stayed away from here for so long.
Some folks can't tell the difference between complaining about a shopping channel and complaining about a real person posting here. There's a difference. Sigh. My gosh.
Not hard to see why this country is in the mess it is in. If we can't be nice to each other on a forum about a shopping channel, we are circling the drain, folks.
Controlling my health with my cancer is more important to me than this silliness.
Holy smokes. At least now I remember why i stayed away.

I have no doubt there are many legitimate complaints. We also all have different standards and there probably are some who are very hard to please. That is their problem if they continue to buy here when they obviously have so many complaints but OP specifically asked how many people are experiencing poor quality in products delivered and that is what I responded to.

I should have elaborated more...Alberti mentioned this because they CHANGED something in the show because of Forum comments...

I buy from QVC often. I give them 5 stars for quality and convenience. But value ? Sometimes. For me, I find the best values are in the beauty category. Kits/sets that are offered are usually a great value compared to individual items.
