There has been a lot of unnecessary rudeness to other posters here over the last few weeks since the start of "the experiment".
It seems as if you voice your disappointment, the QVC-Loyalists and QVC-Is-Always Right Adherents swoop in as if ordered to do so by headquarters.

My last 3 orders, one clothing, one skincare, one jewelry, all arrived in excellent condition and each arrived at least one day before its EDD.
I'm a happy QVC shopper.

And I dont understand people complaining about people complaining...there's other Forums out there available for you to particiapte in!!!! What exactly are you looking for in a Forum---A SHOPPING FORUM---one thats a happy little place where everyone agrees about everything anyone says---just a place of lollipops and unicorns, eh????????? Good luck finding a Forum that fits those qualifications...
Nothing wrong in letting QVC know why we are unahppy with their decline in quality and watching and buying less.(THIS IS A SHOPPING CHANNEL FORUM!) .What alternative would you suggest??? That unhappy shoppers just go quietly away and QVC goes the way of bankrupt Sears...struggling JCP and Macy's and then perhaps disappears permanently from the retail scene...... At least those leaving feedback have an interest in ways QVC can improve to retain them as a shopper and and want to see them succeed.......

But I watch and I do shop and buy.
I honestly think that those here who defend QVC the most vociferously and most persistently never buy anything. They never watch or shop. Just my opinion. In my view.
You nailed it about "the defenders" so many of them never watch or buy anymore, dont know about the products nor the hosts anymore....but by golly they dont want any discouraging word mentioned as to whats going.... What a unique "hobby"...

I love shopping at QVC; online shopping in general is marvelous for me. I shop 24/7 since I have no defined shopping hours, but I do love my early mornings. I telework some days , and work in an office other days. I love waking to the chirping birds and seeing great deals to buy while playing with my dog and her morning energy.
I shop competitively, but QVC has quality items and I have learned what to trust for me personally (most clothing, home & kitchen items) and what to stay away from (most beauty and electronic items). But overall, it's my #1 shopping destination. I enjoy it here! Most of the hosts are very pleasant, and give a three-dimensional description of the product, with sometimes a welcomed dose of humor.
But the latest change to repeat shows? I loathe that. I won't watch re-runs on any of the channels.
Everyone is entitled to respectfully voice their opinion on an opinion board (ironic, I know). I do wish the post-police would at the very least stop trying to paraphrase someone's else life. To deem that someone spends too much time in their life watching a TV shopping channel, and yet that very person spends so much time here on the boards wrist-slapping others for their opinions...is a joke.
Disagree all you want.

I haven't really had any quality issues. Products I've received have been in good condition and worked as described. I have not received anything in the wrong size or color. (Once I did, but when I checked the order, I saw that it was my own fault. I ordered the wrong size.) The last time that happened to me and it was QVC's fault it was 1992.
The programming change is a more unusual issue. I nearly said that it has no impact on me, but that's not true. I generally don't watch QVC live, so it feels like not having a life show doesn't impact me. But I did record shows of interest to me in those overnight hours and then watch or purchase in the AM. If Lug or Philosophy were on at 2:00am, I'd record and watch while I got ready for work the next day and might make a purchase. If they're going to air the TSV hour repeatedly, those hours are full of the same thing and I'm not recording, which also means I'm not watching or buying. Not a big deal for me, but it does mean QVC is missing out on some sales. They must have determined it's not enough to justify paying all that staff to work 24/7. They're probably also saving quite a bit of money when they aren't lighting or heating/cooling those parts of the building all night long.

The amusement that I find in this entire debacle are those who insist that this is a good thing.
Some actually think that this cost savings move will be passed on to consumers with lower prices. I can't even imagine that. If there are indeed fiscal benefits, they will go first to shareholders in one form or another. Or, I believe that they are plotting another acquisition (speculation on my part, of course!)
And those that thought it is munificent, in that staff are being given a chance to work normal hours and a chance to be with family. Yeah. Collecting their unemployment and severance payments.

@Pook wrote:I have never found anything to be poor quality and I buy a lot here. Rarely ever have had to return anything and returns were processed timely. Back in the 80s I bought many things here that were just plain junk though. I know many who buy here who feel the same as I do. If I ever felt that there were so many issues shopping anywhere then I would shop elsewhere.
I re-ordered a top that I liked in a different color for the fall season...and I'm returning it........ The fabric is very skimpy and NOT the same quality as the top I first purchased, I can find better stuff even at Walmart, and the sizing is off too....Why do I continue to shop at QVC????....because there are a few vendors that still deliver the uniqueness and quality that I like!!! But its a shame some other brands that I used to purchase from on a regular basis seem to have changed for the WORSE....no wonder apparel sales are down...

@Spurt Only because complaining here will, IMO, have no impact. Complain to the higher ups directly. But I guess the complainers are looking for company and reinforcement.
