This morning I had a little time to kill before heading out for my eye doctor appointment and decided to watch tv.  I flipped through the channels and saw that Q2 had the Skecher Rep on and was doing the hour of shoes solo.  I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed her, her informative and excellent presentation of each of the shoes. No silliness, no hard sale, no crazy stories about her family, etc.   It was a most enjoyable hour.  Maybe QVC should do more of the vendors as solo presentations.

@ciao_bella  I've noticed alot of shows on QVC2 are vendor hosted only & like you said they do very well without the crazy.

QVC has been doing many of those shows with just the vendor.  No host.  I think on QVC2.  Those shows are a breath of fresh air.  No yelling, screaming, silly talk.  They just calmly sell their product and minus a host, they get to give the information we need.  I 〽️ like Kim Gravel's sister.  The only time I watch a Kim Gravel show is when her sister sells.

Totally agree ~ I like the vendor presentations much more than having to listen to some host rattle on about everything other than the product being shown.

I agree w/ @chrystaltree 

QVC has been doing vendor only shows for a long time now on Q2.  Rastelli's does solo shows all the time.

I rarely watch anymore, but always found these presentations MUCH better!!!

I don't watch the vendor presentations. The picture is poor; voices poor, no models, and their presentations amateur. I have to have something at least a little professional. 

I've never purchased or watched very long.

I'm not sure if the Vendors get paid by the Q or the company brand they represent.

THAT may be why you see a difference in behavior.
