QVC technical glitch on 5 easy pay day

Yesterday, Monday, was the day everything on air and on line was to be 5 easy pays. But when I and several friends and family members tried to order on line it was impossible. What was up with that? I am sure QVC was swamped but still-can they please make sure that the system works.
