I just received a survey that claims to be about the Q.
How do I deternime if it is legit or if it is spam?
It's hard to tell, and I've received so much scary stuff in email that I am afraid to click on the link.
Maybe one of the Q people could chime in on this one.

I've never received a survey from the Q -- doesn't make sense. You can email customer svce and ask.

I have been with QVC since their inception more than 30 years ago. I have never had a survey sent to me. Call Customer Service and let us know if this is legit. I have suggestions, so they need to send me a survey asap!

@hennypenny, The only time I received a survey from QVC is when I was in their website and a pop up appeared asking me if I would participate in their survey. The one you received is FALSE.

Hi @hennypenny
It is true that you can never be too careful, so I wanted to let you know that QVC emails suveys regularly to customers selected at random to request their feedback to help us make improvements toward to the perfect customer experience.
You will know if the email is valid if the "FROM" line says surveys@qemailserver.com or The QVC Survey Team - this email is from QVC.
I hope this information helps!

Why would anyone with evil intentions care about your opinion of QVC service?

Thanks Barb and friends,
The link was as you stated. It only asked what social media I used.
So was legit.
I was concerned because we are getting fake/spam ones from amazon daily.

You have no idea what would've been in the "survey" or even where the link might've gone to. The OP was right to be cautious and verify the validity of what she received.
People get caught up in scams because they don't check things out first. What are we always being told? "Never click on any link from a source you don't recognize."

I received the survey a week or so ago. It asks for various information about how often you watch, questions about the add'l channels, etc.

I just received the same survey but have not had a chance to reply.
