Two things-why don't they enclose a return label with our purchase anymore?
And is the social team still in business? They used to answer me right away, or at least the same day. Now they aren't. I have depended on them to get things done and they've never failed to answer!

I think the labels are with the bill you get----they are peel and stick, usually for both UPS and USPS or you can print them from online. Don't know about the social team--I can live chat when I need to. I don't use social media other than here so I don't know about that.

I've been ordering a lot lately and always receive a return label. It might be hard to spot - it's with the invoice/receipt that comes with the order -have to separate them.
I emailed the social team recently and was answered almost immediately. Easy Pay reply by email isn't as quick but it comes eventually.

No return labels has been discussed quite a bit on these boards.
QVC is NOT the only company that may not include a packing slip OR a return slip. I never get them from Wally, Amz, Target and the majority of other online sites I shop.
Any returns have to be handled online, on my phone, scan this, scan that, QER code etc.
It is the way of it now, even though it may not seem user friendly to us. It is to the majority of the population.
Many items are shipped directly from the vendor and not the QVC warehouse. They many not have access to the same system.
It is a COST savings and a waste of paper.
I wanted an invoice for everything I ordered...and I order a lot. Then I saw the massive pile of paperwork I was tossing/recycling at the end of every month. Yikes, so unnecessary since I really only need an invoice IF I am returning, which I do not do very often.
Not all of us have a printer at home, but unfortunately, if we want to survive and thrive in this new techno world...we should get one.
I haven't had any issues w/ not receiving a response to emails to the Social Team.

I've gotten the peel and stick labels so I know what they are-it's just that my last 2 orders didn't have one. The space for it was there but it was empty.
The good news is!!!! They must read our forum because shortly after I wrote my complaint, Bam!!! I got 2 replies about the return and am very happy![]()

If the label(s) is/are missing, call Customer Service and ask them to either send another Return Label via email or via USPS. CSR is very good about helping customers have what they need to return the package to QVC in a timely fashion.
Sometimes those labels are MIA during shipping! It happens.

Agreed on the social team issue! I noticed the same thing.

The Social Team is not answering me either. It's been five days and no response. Too bad, because I too relied on them and they used to quickly respond. Not anymore.
Also, I had an item that was lost in the mail. I ended up calling and a replacement was sent, then the original item was received. I tried to go through the system to return the duplicate order and it said there was no USPS or UPS near me and I couldn't go any further. The post office and ups is five minutes from my house. At this point I feel like just keeping it since no help seems to be available.

The social team has other duties besides these forums. They're also not the first line of customer service, so when one says they depend on them to get things done that has always been a bonus for being here and knowing about them. When there is an issue they try to help out quickly, but July and August are big vacation months so maybe they're shorthanded right now.
For as long as I've been here there has only been a handful of names of social team members....maybe 5 or 6? Add a vacation and they probably have to cover a lot.
