Does the Q now hold screech seminars?--

Jill Bower has been with the Q forever, was trained by Kathy Levine, and has always spoken in well modulated tones.----Today she is screeching about VPH Christmas decorations.

What on earth is going on?----Do the powers that be think that this is what makes us buy merchandise?----Don't they realize they are turning people away?
