I look at both sites and always buy at Q if there is an easy-pay option. I like QVC a lot but use Amazon a lot, too. I would bet Nordstrom, another of my favorites, also scored high in customer service.
I like Anthropologie a lot, too, and J. Boden's. Those companies are not as big, but CS is very good with them, too.
Edit: Oops, I see the ratings were for small appliances only, not CS in general.
I just got an Ipad tablet on easy pay and it is going to make travelling so easy. It already has--I had a business meeting in San Francisco this weekend. And it was on 6 easy pays and easy to budget, too. The cheapest price isn't always the most convenient one and I need solid electronics that will last a while--I could care less about having the latest model as long as there is a lifespan left in the model I buy. The first time I turned on the Ipad it was automatically upgraded to the latest configuration. That Ipad is a nifty little gadget for checking email and such. It will never replace real computers but it's so much easier to type on than an iphone.

All my friends have replaced theirs with other brands including HPHi Ford I saw your post from Consumer Reports on qvc & amazon shop both places since you have the magazine does it say where HP & Dell rate there 17 in laptops?
My neighbor is thinking of getting the HP 17 in AMD A8 8GB 1TB she wanted to know if we had consumer reports I told her we didn't get the magazine she was wondering which company makes the best 17 in laptop she lives on a fixed income so can't spend a lot.
I sure appreciate it if anyone who has this magazine would let me know how HP & Dell rate. I'm trying to help her as much as I can.

That weighs a lot on my mind when I think about making a purchase like that.Which small appliances??? Meaningless comparisons. I'll continue to shop at Costco --- where prices are low and returns are easy. Plus --- no shipping.

I love Costco, but the appliance selection is very limited. No easy pay I ever heard of there, either.
As far as I know, the Apple Ipad I just bought is still being purchased online at $150+ what I paid at QVC on easy pay, and I think I had free shipping and handling. Real shoppers do their research and don't just recite the mantras of the past. Of course, if it's not a good deal, don't buy something. If it is a good deal, try and see beyond your blinders.

I just started getting them and so far none on computer comparisons. I know they do them often though.
