If QVC offered a s&h discount program where you'd pay $50 annual fee and everything shipped for "free" for the year, how likely would you be to sign up for it - using a 10 point scale where "1" is not at all likely and "10" is very likely.

I'm probably at about a "9" on the scale. In the past year I've bought about 10 items from Q, and I paid more than $50 in total on s&h. I might even buy more if individual s&h wasn't a concern.
