Re: QVC, please wipe out font size # 1

I have a choice and if the font is number one I don't read it. That's my choice.

So easy to change the font and if it's too much trouble for some to change it, that's their choice also.

Depending on how people post or on what device, sometimes they don't have the option to change the font size.

"Quick Reply" gives no options for anything.

And I believe that using the "Mobile" mode on phones doesn't allow for certain changes either.

I was also wondering if the fonts look differently depending on what device you're using while reading.

As you can see (or at least on the tablet I use, I see)  your font is the same as mine. I do not have a problem reading it; I was just curious if that was one of the reasons others may.

I doubt QVC can ditch font sizes.  They are part and parcel of the program they use.

It is better to just ask posters to use a larger font.  Some tablets and computers allow the users to enlarge the font by stretching their fingers.

If someone  uses #1 font and you can't read it, it probably wasn't that important.. If it was, they would accommodate everyone by using a larger font.

Asking posters to increase the font size means they have to do it every single time they post.  It's not a set it and forget it type thing.

How about those that complain about the small size increase the zoom feature on their browser, which is a one and done thing,

I have to change the font size everytime I post on these things because I am on a laptop.  Not everyone uses their phone for everything and by the way, I have the Q app on my phone but these Blogs and Forums are not on it.  How do you access this on your phone?

Bingo!  The people who have trouble reading print can do that or they can just use their 2 fingers to enlarge the screen. I do that a lot.

Well, that's only helpful if your computer has a touch screen.  Mine doesn't, and I can't read the forum comments here on a phone.

Since most of the posters here are over the age of 35, using a legible font is just common courtesy.

@Tinkrbl44

"Quick Reply" box is right next to the "Reply" box at the bottom of every post.

And again, it may depend on the device used.
