Can you please explain something to me, please. So you send them an email with the item information and what you want it to be exchanged with. Then you go ahead and use the usual return labe that comes in your order and take it to the post office and mail it back. So, they send out the replacement but then they charge you again for this while you have to wait a month or more for them to process the exchange and refund the first order? So I have this right? So, for a period of time you have a double charge on your item until it's all processed? I'm so confused. Someone please help me...

Step-by-step guide for Easy Returns:
Send an email to QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com with subject line: QVC Return.
Include in your email: The order number(s), item number(s), item description(s), price (each), and the quantity you are returning. The original shipping fees are deducted along with the cost of the Q Return Label. If your return is due to a QVC error, item defect(s), or request for exchange/replacement, there's no charge to you for using the Q Return Label.
Tell us if you would like to receive an exchange or refund. Return your package back to QVC using the Q Return Label with selected carrier of your choice.

Can I return multiple items with one return label?
Yes, you can return more than one item at a time. Make sure the contents of your return include the pack slips with the reason for return checked. Also include each item in your email sent to QVCEasyReturns@QVC.com.

it is a very simple process and it takes under a week for them to acknowledge your return or exchange and process your request.
two weeks ago i had a return and they processed it in less than a week from the time they began and to the time that i received the money back into my account.

I have returned, or sent back for exchange,several items in the last few weeks. I've been trying to remain patient but some easy pays will be charged soon so I wanted everythig processed in time to eliminate those charges. I finally called and spoke to a CSR today. She was very helpful in being able to either tell me where the exchanges were in the pipeline or process the return/refund while we were in the phone. FYI, once the returns are processed, it can take as much as 10 days for it to reflect on your credit card statement.

yes, that is how it should work.
i usually take a photo of my package also and attach it to the email i send.
i have not done an exchange, i have done returns.
they have all gone smoothly.

I'm sorry but none of this sounds so "easy" to me! So now we have to write a book and email it to them to get a refund or exchange. Why? When you email them the order number why do you need to give then the item number, a discription, the cost ect., ect. Don't they have all that when they bring up the order number? Just saying. I'ed say there is nothing easy about this. At this point trying to get a refund/exchange we have to make a phone call, write a "book" encluding all information in a email then wait a week for a email from them and then do the same thing we used to do, pack it up and bring it to USPS or UPS. What exactly is so mush easier and faster for us? Plus the fact it looks like now you have to use their lable, which is a total rip off and if any of you think you can bundle the items and use their lable and only be charged once for the postage think again . I bundled a bunch of returns and sent them back UPS, long before this new return policy and they received them weeks ago. Then I received an email saying to be patient they were running behind with their refunds. Then a week or so later I get another email with this new policy. OK I've been patient but I've be waiting weeks now and nothing. I want my refunds and exchanges! I'm getting fed up with this. It seems to me tthat the true name of this game really is to make it harder not easier to get a refund, After 30 plus years of patronage to this company, I think I've had it.

I have never done an exchange and very rarely a return. This info just reinforces my decision not to order anything that I have any doubts about liking or fitting.
