@Kachina624 I feel sorry for those who work in customer service. When I call to complain, I always start off saying, I know it's not your fault..... I also apologize to them if I do get snippy.

If they've been working with a pared down crew, I bet they are overworked; hence the turnover.
You maybe right about that. Staff who have worked several years generally earn more than new hires. It may also be a way to reduce higher paid staff. In my experience companies who do this do not calculate the costs of recruiting, screening and hiring into their overhead so on paper it looks like they are saving money.
