Hautelook allows free returns to any Nordstrom Rack store. I've done that. While Zulily does not accept returns, I have bought several Linea and Isaac clothing items at great prices, and because I know what size fits, it's not a problem for me. I did buy an inexpensive sweater from Zulily last year that had very tight sleeves. I called customer service to explain. They refunded my money and told me to donate the sweater to charity. The policy of no returns, but refunds if you ask probably is more cost effective for them than processing lots of returns.

I love how the Q offers six easy pays on $15 items, but you have to beg to get easy pay on a $700 purchase!  They are offering the same old stuff every day all day, too!  There is no reason to even turn it on.

 

Online shopping isn't easy either.  If you're trying to buy an aqua blouse, they don't give you a choice of aqua in the color choices--just an example.

 

Been with the Q for 30 years and can really see a downward trend in just about everything!
