I think it's only available for certain customers.  Out of curiousity I tried using it on a full price item--all other prices seem to be excluded--and it did not work.

It was sent in an email, so maybe if you didn't get the email you're not one of the 'select customers'.

it didnt say "select customers" like the ones from HSN do, so i thought it might be worth giving it a try.

I've gotten snail mail coupons but I don't receive any emails from QVC.

i usually get both snail mail AND email coupons. you may want to try the code just in case it is valid on your account.
