Showme...I think that the only reason I can still post from my iPad, is that I don't log out. I'm logged out on my PC...and can't post from there.

Stevieb...yes, I think everyone is sick of the problems here, and also frustrated with the response we get from QVC when we report the problems. Blaming the customer....very very bad for business! If management doesn't read these boards...perhaps they should.

Wow glad to hear i am not the only person having problems, couldn't sign in yesterday, got message on screen that the q wasn't responding to call if i had other inquires, I called and finally after the runaround the lady said they were having problems and they would be corrected shortly, well no it wasn't so i emailed them, today I got email saying it was my fault my cache/cookies or software was not up to date. My computer is up to date, why do they blame us, I went to another browser and here I am, the font keeps changing big ,small, dark then light. I will try to go back to my regular browser and see if it is fixed now,I will let you know. tucka.

Just testing to see what my font looks like. The other tablet fonts look smaller than usual. ETA OK mine looks the same as the others, which seems smaller than before.

Tucka...I've posted on several forums, about how it was so wrong for QVC to blame the customers for their issues. I heard the same things as you did....the problems were never on our end.

Anyway...I'm now able to post from my pc....no longer limited to just the iPad. So....now you can all see that I know how to form paragraphs.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Boy is that a costly problem. Cutting out online shopping by a web issue?

Yikes, I am glad that I am not that person who is in charge of the web site.

Considering how often the .com sales site has crashed just in the past couple of years, I doubt there has been any adverse consequences. If a head or two rolled, the crashed would have stopped after the 2nd time.

I just signed in and could not sign in at all this afternoon. It is getting to be a real drag when this happens.

I'm not so sure. We as consumers probably will never know. But if I was an exec with Philosophy, when they had their gift show this afternoon, and no one could place online orders...I'd be furious.

As a customer...I rarely watch QVC, but sometimes in the late afternoon, if I'm done with my work and something is on that I like...I watch. For me, that was Philosophy today. And the website problems meant I wouldn't be making any purchases.

September, I said the same thing as I watched the Philosophy show yesterday. If I were Philosophy I would be upset, I'm sure they lost sales b/c no one could order online. I was interested in a product, that wasn't aired during the show. I wanted to check it out online and decide if I was going to order, since QVC.com was down I said forget it.
