Hi, september! The shopping site and the Community are two separate entities. One can be up and running at the same time the other might be unavailable. Think of them as 2 different websites. It indeed appears the shopping area is unavailable right now.

Boy is that a costly problem. Cutting out online shopping by a web issue?

Is it just me, or what? Suddenly the font here is bigger than normal? The posts are normal size but everything else is larger.

Not just you. I just tried it on both Firefox and Chrome, and the font is enormous on this site and I see an error message at the very bottom of the screen. Good times!

A couple days ago I was getting that message again that all products were sold out. Customer Service said it was an ongoing problem that they are aware of and trying to fix. Now, when I click onto an item in recently aired, it doesn't load with an error msg to that affect. Yes, it seems like a good way to lose a lot of money. I noticed yesterday that many items have gone up $1.50, I kid you not. If they do that for a handful of popular items, they'll recoup their losses in a hurry.
