I recently posted a negative comment about not receiving an order. I gave the order one star because it never came. I am still waiting on it. But the comment, like my order, never arrived either. Removing my negative comment about the item made me explore the web to find that, yes, other buyers have been experiencing the same problem.
Too bad, because this makes me reconsider future purchases. If I cannot rely on the integrity of the website to post the good and the bad comments about a product, I will just go elsewhere. The internet is a big place. I would rather buy from a vendor that is not afraid of criticism. Adults can decide whether criticism is warranted, and whether to take a risk.
But a mis-led consumer might go elsewhere and never return.
That consumer might be me.
