I don't know..I wouldn't be too happy if I canceled an order..received confirmation that said order was canceled and then a couple days later receive an email that canceled order shipped and I was charged for it..and then find out that I will not receive my refund UNTIL items are returned and worse they are still not delivered.
BUT the items are still in route ..and I am out money I was planning on using for something esle..
I would not be a happy camper either but I would call them on the phone to voice my displeasure at their error - nicely ..and then ask for a Supervisor on up until my concerns or my money was refunded....if that didn't work - I would head on to my credit card/bank and have them handle it.
She canceled and then the item shipped DAYS LATER??? come on..this one is on them.

Hello, maggie a and welcome.
This sounds like quite a mix up. It seems that even though you cancelled the items, the memo may not have gotten through to the shipping department and the items shipped out anyway. I heard that some items ship out really fast from QVC, sometimes within hours of ordering it. Since an e-mail didn't work, try calling them on the phone and explaining the situation to them.

How in the world can you accuse them of cheating, you have the merchandise.
I have tried to cancel several items and they get sent any way.
Its your job to sent the merchandise back it you do not want it
I am not sure what you want but this is starting to sound like a scam to me, you want them to refund you even thought you have the merchandise

OK, so they credit your account now. You get the items and decide not to return them. And they're supposed to just "give" them to you? I'm sure you'll get your credit as soon as they receive the items back. Sometimes stuff happens and you just have to step back and let the process play out. Nobody is trying to cheat you out of anything.

I would not like my money held up for a mistake the Q. made...

I haven't read the responses, only the OP.
If you canceled the items and they confirmed your cancellation, when the items arrive, refuse the delivery. They will be sent back to QVC and your money would be refunded.
QVC made a mistake and I don't think it's fair for you to think they are going to refund money on something they sent to you without getting the item back. What if you never send the item back? They are out the money.
