Hi maggie, I have been supportive of you. That being said...I think the title of your thread is misleading and therefore you are getting some negatives posts. One must be very,,VERY precise when posting a thread here because...well this is VP's and we can be reactive.

I hope this gets settled quickly. I ordered from G em shop ping net work and decided to return the bracelet because while the person who took my order assured me it was 7" it actually turned out to be smaller and is too snug on me.
They were very nice and I returned it today however, from some reviews I've read online, it might take 2 months(!) for the credit to show up on my card. So, I've got to pay the amount in my cc bill this month and wait for the reimbursement. The bracelet was kind of expensive so I'm out some bucks for a while.

Two or three times over the years, I have ordered food stuff that stayed on the truck too long and melted to not even cool and I called them. They easily took my word for it and deducted it from my account immediately. I have, overwhelmingly, found them to be very fair.
A few times I have tried to cancel something pretty quickly after placing the order and they didn't allow me to cancel. I didn't like it but felt in those cases that I was as much in the wrong as them so I just accepted it or sent it back.
All in all, they do a pretty good and fair job, I think.

TWO MONTHS!!! Good grief.....where did you have to send it back to....China....

QVC is not recognized by the Better Business Bureau. When Googling BBB for QVC you get a QVC phone number.

I think the whole process of canceling QVC orders is odd. I've tried to cancel within an hour of placing an order but was told it was too late to cancel. That's happened two times. Other times I was able to cancel the following day. Also, they've canceled my auto deliveries without much notice because they said the item was no longer in stock, but then it came back in stock under another item number.

Sometimes, we have to make allowances for human error. It happens. Your situation has happened to me several times. I return the items and get my refund and postage paid as well.
At least you got some response from CS, I've email them several times about a concern and have never gotten an answer. Never.
