I so agree... this is one of the first things I posted about in Suggestion Box on Monday!  I HATE these!  I know a lot of people didn't like emoties, but I enjoyed using them because sometimes it helped to make my intentions clear when words could be misconstrued.

I used to get them from other places, but someone said that a lot of those could have malware attached to them, so I'm not sure if I should use any from outside this forum.  I've posted my dislike in about 15 posts so far, and will continue to do so.

PLEASE GIVE US BETTER EMOTICONS!  Moderators, are you listening yet????

I so agree, croemer.  I am not using them at all.  I have been using keyboard symbols like  , etc.

I agree, Croemer.  Wish they had better ones, wish the gamers had there own forum - it is soooooooooooo jumbled and aggravating.

 Yes, emoticons don't seem very important........but it's fun to use them from time to time, and I won't use the current selection.  Primitive, hard to see, not expressive........I simply can't imagine how or why the designers chose an emoticon selection this poor out of all the options out there!  I mean, there are tons of emoticons available........and the  ones you've given us are about as miserable as they could possibly be.  Pathetic!

bri...I do not think they can just magically change the emoticons but possibly they can find better ones that can be available soon.
