I didn't know which category to post this under, so here it goes:
Yesterday I went on-line to check things out on the QVC website. The header is normal size, but underneath the pictures are barely postage stamp size with the writing too small to read.
When I go to forums they pull up normal size too. Hence I am able to post this cry for help.
Does anyone have an idea as to what caused this? Thank you in advance!

Have not had that problem but this morning I was not able to log on my usual way on my PC with Chrome. Had to open another browser to login.
In Chrome there is a big red banner says, "umm, Unfortunately we are unable to access your information." Everything does appear to have the same format and font.

Thank you so much for your post! I am having the exact same problem as you. I spent over an hour with Customer Service and it is still not fixed, the rep and I tried everything!! She reported it to her supervisor, so let's see what happens!!

My old IPad is doing fine. Could it be a operting system update issue? Or would cleaning out your history help?

@Still Raining It only happens with me on QVC...been happening every couple months for awhile now. Clearing out doesn't help.
I'm also really tired of those teeny-tiny pictures I have to click on to sign in!

I just updated my Chrome browser and relaunched and now back in the Q. on my PC my preferred choice.

Thanks for the tip...I couldn't log in this morning to place an order with the GALPAL coupon. Kept getting the "cannot access your information" message but updated Chrome and BAM, I'm in!!
Good news, the coupon even works on "as is" orders!!

That's interesting. When I do a search for something then click on an item it's fine - both normal size. But when I hit the back button the search results are teeny tiny like you're describing. When I hit refresh it takes me back to the item I clicked on - in normal size - then when I hit back the search results are normal size. Very strange. And time consuming.
This on a MacBook Air using Safari by the way.
