I think big corporations will not pay good people and that is the problem.Young educated people do not make enough money.They are changing jobs often to work their way up and earn more.

Heavens forbid. The website is still not functioning properly. Orders aren't even being shown on your account. I called automative ordering and got a couple of items, along with price and order number, but when you look on your account....it's not showing up.
GEEZZZZZZ, instead of spending boatloads of $$$$$ on new channels, how about using that for fixing the website for heavens sake.

OH and I saw last night when flipping through the channels when David said the website was down and that the operators were taking "PAPER ORDERS"....uh, no thank you...don't want my customer information floating around on a piece of paper somewhere. Geez!

@shell garden I guess not or they would spend some money on the system.I don't know why they added more channels when people mostly shop online.That is where the money should be spent at this time.I don't even have the other q channels on my cable lineup and I hear others saying the same..so I wonder how big the viewing audience is for these newbies.

@dex....I don't have the Q2 on my Comcast Cable either, but I do have it on my Roku on the tv in my bedroom....however, I never watch it. I don't understand spending all that money either to have another channel as well as the add up costs of host salaries, technical people behind the scenes, etc. Just a waste of money.
I need to be President or CEO of QVC, lol.
