This morning I received an email telling me that QVC was shipping my AD order which I totally forgot I even had. I called QVC immediately and asked that this order be canceled. At the time I did not realize that they had already charged my debit card and the customer service rep. did not say anything about a refund. Since I have been unemployed for a year and my bank account is now very low most of the time. This charged caused my account to be short and the bank had to charge me an overdraft protection fee of $37. So I called QVC back this afternoon after learning that the bank now has a hold on this amount to my account and asked QVC to release the hold. QVC said it would take 72 hrs to do this. Funny how they can charged us so quickly but very slow in refunding. Just needed to vent..and my lesson learned is to cancel all the AD's I have out there!!
