QVC Returns and S&H Costs

I have not had to return an item in a long time. I returned a Susan Graver tunic top and used their sticker knowing I would pay the $6.95 shipping charge, that was okay I have paid that in the past. Now I do not know when we lost original s&h charge around $5.95 I had originally paid, when did this start???

I hope and pray my new purchase of a pressure cooker works well, so far so good, as I would be very upset to not only pay the return s&h charge, but also lose my initial outlay s&h charge of around $19.00 ........... Second thoughts on purchases for the future!! {#emotions_dlg.mad}
