I received a email earlier today stating my TSV Salmon order has already been shipped so I tried to check the status of my shipment about 2 hrs ago and the order status page was down. I just tried again and it's still down. Customer Service, any idea how long it will be down?

Over and hour ago I called customer service to edit an order I placed. The rep said their system was down and to call back in about an hour. I am able to look at my order status now but still needed to talk to a rep. Just called again and she told me to call back in a couple hours or preferably tomorrow.

@Anonymous My message said they were doing routine maintenance? Who does routine maintenance in the middle of a show? Obviously something else happened - most of the time honesty is the best policy.
I get emails from QVC telling me my question was answered with a link but that link leads me to a page error. I also get emails telling me my review was posted with no hint as to what product was reviewed and no link to the product.
In addituon, when I try to up or downvote a review, it tells me thst I must be logged in when I am already logged in.
This has been going on for months. I have never seen a website for s company this size with so many issues all the time.
All during Shawn's shows last night she kept saying the items were flying out the door yet no one could place an order, so how was that even possible when it was impossible to place an order by phone or on line?

@Goodie2shoes My order staus has been working this morning, but I can add this bit here. The order I received yesterday had been shipped one night very shortly after midnight. It was 2 days before there was any tracking information; that was just telling me everything was in process. It was another day another until there was movement.
This was an AD order which I had thought wouldn't even start toward shipping until today. Didn't need it early, but I am glad it's here and safe. (It's on a charge card and either timing would end up on the same bill.)

I just tried to retrieve a return label for a pair of Spenco shoes to return them, and when I click on start a return - nothing happens. What a mess of a website.
I tried sending an email to qvcsocialteam, but apparently that doesn't exist anymore so I sent as email to easy returns. Let's see what happens.
