QVC Online Problems

I can't get any sound with the product videos.  Also, when you click on the item number, it doesn't come up.  You have to click on the picture.  Also, they've completely changed the format for item reviews!

I also experienced a different product screen this AM; but haven't tried it again.  The video came up top page instead of the picture - and I didn't want the video but so be it.  No sound like you said - but down in the lower right hand corner of the video picture there was the 'horn' icon.  I hit that and David V started to talk.  I cancelled out the video.  QVC didn't improve the product screen in my opinion.

I was in the middle of a post an hour ago. Couldn't post a pic, couldn't exit. Went and picked up my pup, then rebooted my iPad because it wasn't any better. Now it's fine.

Screen jumping is much worse for me. I keep unintentionally clicking the POST button instead of the QUOTE button so my replies come up blank in the thread. Kind of annoying.

If you look right below the video, you'll see a box that is checked for the video to automatically play.

 

Just 'uncheck' that box and it will stop the video from automatically starting on all of the product pages.

 

I haven't checked to see if it remains unchecked once you log off and back on, but hopefully it does!
