Come to think about it, I did my heaviest shopping with qvc long ago when there were few shopping options in my area. Now that I have greater access to lots of options, my ordering is really down. I can get similar clothing at tjmaxx for a lot less money and can try things on. I rarely even think about buying susan graver now, but I was tempted to order a top with flowy vest until I realized that the items were $70 + shipping etc. They just weren't worth that to me.It is all relative....I am not entertained by the hosts, never was and I really watched for the shopping and to purchase things. When the style of presentations changed it was easy for me to change the channel and just check on line. Like some others, I miss the number of different vendors qvc used to have, loved the variety. We all change.

sign up with retailmenot.com and add your paypal email to your account.

$15 off of a $100+ purchase

$35 off $200+ purchase

have to make sure you have a paypal account and access qvc via their link.

i have used it and it works......takes about 15-30 days to post in your paypal account. it is A LOT better than mr rebates and ebates right now.

How does it work if it's a purchase that's on EZ pay?

@makena

i dont think the offer will apply if you use easy pays (that is according to a comment on the page.) the TOTAL purchase has to be at least 100 or 200......it doesnt have to be one item, it can be several items in one order. all of the details are on the paypal site. i have received a total of $100 cash back to my paypal account within the past month.

Details: $15 Cash Back on $100+ or $35 Back on $200+ for Online Purchases. Combine with other offers for an even better deal! Excludes gift cards. Purchases must meet the minimum amount before taxes, shipping, and handling and after any other discounts are applied.

You can use this cash back offer up to 30 times in a 30 day period.

To Qualify for Cash Back:
  • Turn off all ad-blocking software.
  • Go directly to qvc.com from RetailMeNot to complete your purchase.
  • Meet the minimum spend before taxes/shipping and after any discounts have been applied.
  • Provide your email address so we know where to send updates and your cash back via PayPal.

After your purchase has been verified, we'll send an email to your RetailMeNot address letting you know that your money has been paid. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one. If you do have a PayPal account, we recommend using that same email address for your RetailMeNot account or update your approved email addresses in your PayPal settings.

Re: QVC Is Stingy

[ Edited ]

I'm only one person, I know.  But, it's my choice to vote with my wallet. Between a web site I no longer trust as being safe, prices that have gone way out of line, no real sales, and shipping charges that are brutal, I doubt I will make many more purchases here.  The company acts like they really don't want our business. I don't have many stores near by, but still can do better on ANY other web site.

@sunshine45 -- Does that mean that you have your checking account linked to PayPal.  I'm leery of doing that:/

@tansy

i cannot answer this for sure. i have had my checking account linked to my paypal for years now. you MAY be able to link a credit card to your paypal? maybe someone else can answer this question?

No, you don't have to link Paypal to your checking account, you can have a CC on file instead.

My Paypal account is linked to my Paypal CC.

I do not enjoy going from store to store shopping and would rather order everything online however QVC is outrageous.  I can understand charging return postage for a coffee pot or sheets etc. but clothing and shoes have to fit.  I feel like they are charging enought to cover the return postage if it does not fit and if you are exhanging for another size there should not be a charge for return postage and for sending out another one.

@chiclet  They don't charge for exchanging an item, as long as it's the same item, only maybe a different color or size.

QVC has lowered the rate they refund on Mr. Rebates to 1%. Why even bother?  They might as well suspend their membership since it's worth next to nothing.   Another reason to comparison shop before buying.

@Kachina624  If you watch that regularly, you'd know it varies quite a bit.   Just a couple of weeks ago it was at 2%.  During some promo or holiday for a weekend not all that long ago it was 5%.   Watch it to possibly go up for the July 4th sale weekend.  Yes, it's been 1% for a couple of weeks but it's going to vary.  You picked a day when it was 1% which yes, is paltry.  When it's 1% I usually go through Discover Deals which is always 5% when linking to QVC but has restrictions (doesn't apply for EZ pay items so you have to pay in full, can't be used for auto deliveries, must used within 3 hrs. of linking it into QVC, etc.).

@Pearlee  I look at it frequently because I use it a lot.  It has been 3% for weeks and was the day before it went down to 1%.  The only time I've seen it at 5% was right before Christmas.
