With their slow shipping these days C for Convenience doesnt fit.....so I think you found the perfect replacement for their letter "C".(CHINTZY)....And when all their systems went down and came back up I heard they weren't honoring some of the easy-pays that had expired for that day either..............

And very perceptive of you too even though QVC isnt much of a retail option for you these days, but you know "change" isnt really in their vocabulary ............. ..

@Spurt I just can't get down with anything QVC is doing these days and have absolutely no reason to think they'll ever change for the better... Glad to pretty much be looking at them from the rear view mirror... 

I ordered a Josie argan kit Friday and and it shipped already Saturday so I can't really complain about slow shipping from QVC.

I tried to buy something from QVC this morning (6/28) through Discover card and QVC was no longer listed as one of their merchants!  I guess the millions that QVC already makes is not enough for them.  They have to take away more from us!!

This makes it less attractive to shop imo, I rarely shop a retailer that doesn't have a rebate partner.

No, you weren't dreaming!  They are celebrating their 40th birthday and the deals have been pretty fabulous. Sorry to say QVC has almost fallen off of my shopping radar because they refuse to have real sales. 

HSN gets most of my business for that reason. Getting Patricia Nash from Evine didn't hurt either!

Chintzy is correct.  Qvc is the cheapest company I have ever shopped with.  Their prices aren't higher or too much higher than other places, (not on sale prices )but,

they have never offered anything worth while free

Rarely a gift with cosmetic purchase.  Everywhere else will give 3 to 5 lousy samples with purchase

they have a horrible and unfair shipping charge for multiple items.  Where else can you buy 4 or five items and get charged for every item that goes in the box?

they have never proposed, or offered a customer  reward program.

Although they upped shipping charges, they take twice as long to deliver.  Sometimes 14 to 15 days with weekends.  And just to make sure you won't get your item quick, they will hold the item for a week sometimes,and then mail it so it is there in 10 days, not 3. LOL 😾

qvc has had, and still has some pretty loyal customers....yet they never seem to show their appreciation for that loyalty....financially anyway.  They are going to regret it because the times are changing so quickly.  Very soon there will be nothing they can sell they we wont be able to get cheaper and quicker somewhere else!!

i haven't watched qvc in years. Really.  I buy qvc online about once a month.  Sometimes I go for months, then make 3 or 4 purchases.  But i average 12 items a year maybe.  I buy at qvc what I can't find elsewhere.  Nordstrom sadly has stopped mrrebates, but the rack still offers it. Neiman Marcus where I buy my cosmetics and Perricone gives anywhere from 5-10% rebate.  There have been times I have racked up 60 dollars a visit with mrrebates there!!! I receive items in 2 days free, and I get special deals, discounts and rewards.  I never buy regular price.  But they have the greatest sales.  Gift wrap for free or a few dollars.  

Qvc needs to loosen their belts, bite the bullet and offer a least a reward program.  And they need a flat rate shipping.  Qvc is one the rare places I pay shipping.

they are cheap. They may be honest and have good cs, but they are cheap with their customers
