This is so sad......my aunt had a friend who passed away. When this woman's friends and family went to clean out her apartment, they found countless QVC boxes piled up, with all new clothing that had never been worn and was still in plastic cases. The woman who passed was only in her 50's but she weighed close to 400 pounds and was very sick. Most of the time she was in her wheelchair or scooter and could hardly move around. Yet, she spent thousands on clothes she never even got to enjoy. It just strikes me as awfully sad, but maybe these purchases brought her some sort of joy or gave her comfort? Anyway, the clothes were all sorted out and given to Goodwill, so at least they are being used by people who need them. Unfortunately, I've heard this sort of story before but never actually saw it close to home until now
