Re: QVC-HSN down 4 percent this quarter

I totaly agree. Over the last 20 years or so I have purchased most of my clothing from several designers I knew I could depend on, not anymore. Clothing has gotten so expensive and material has gotten cheap. I can shop locally for less and actually see what I'm getting. With QVC & HSN it's hit or miss. Shipping is so expensive if you have to return as they no longer give you back shipping on your purchase. What happened to coupons? I've cut back quite a bit. Hosts don't give enough info on item, just keep talking about nonsense.  I don't think Management listens to their customers so I think their profits will continue to go down, too bad it was fun while it lasted!

I agree. They need  new vendors. Too much Graver, LoGo, Josie and Denim & Co.to name a few.  Same thing over and over. Prices too high and shipping is a joke.

I wonder if maybe they can't attract new vendors? Maybe they don't make it worth their while. Maybe they do better selling their goods elsewhere.
