Maybe it would have been better to have not done the ALL CAPS (signifying anger, etc.).

...well the 14th is just 4 days away, it's not like she has to wait 60 days for her refund. If I'm reading her post correctly, Qvc didn't lose the package. UPS lost or misplaced it. So, Qvc can't refund or replace until UPS tells them the package is lost. Which will happen on the 14th. Stuff happens...roll with it.

So is the "Brown facility" UPS? So UPS picked it up from QVC and it's sitting at a UPS site? If so, that is not QVC's fault. Have you contacted UPS directly?

HSN doesn't wait for a return to be received back before they send out a replacement. At least they have with my returns. Guess they see that it has been shipped back so they send out their replacement.

This. I don't think that some posters realize how this "sounds", it's very off-putting.

Oh, I hope OP doesn't think I was scolding her. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} I was just agreeing with Krimpette's explanation of why some posters thought OP was unduly angry. I understand she was just trying to vent.
