QVC Did What???

On advanced orders, the QVC host emphatically state

that payment would be taken when the item is shipped.

I was checking up on an Advanced Ordered necklace to

find out the date it is going to be shipped (NEXT Month)

and found that they took the payment & the Bank has

already paid them for the necklace...

I do not mind that they have taken the payment, most

establishments take the payment the day the item is

ordered... But they should state that for the people

who need this info...
