I will be mailing the letter below to QVC tomorrow.
I ask that if you agree with the contents of my letter that you post that you agree. My hope is that QVC sees these posts in addition to my letter.
I'm not looking for a debate...........there's certainly plenty of that elsewhere.
Thank you everyone.

Dear Sir/Madam:
QVC’s Christmas in July shows and most of QVC’s Christmas shows that follow are part of my favorite time of year. For many years, I have purchased nearly everything I need for the Christmas season from QVC, (Christmas cards with CD’s, Christmas gifts, Christmas gift wrap/bags, Christmas décor, Christmas food/treats and much more).
However, the time has come for me to express my deep concern about the changes I’ve seen in QVC Christmas programming over the past few years. These are my impressions and opinions:
When I first watched QVC at Christmas time, it was decorated just like I remember large department stores being decorated not too many years ago. It was a beautiful Christmas wonderland! Now I seem to see fewer and fewer Christmas decorations (unless it is a Christmas décor show), and a lot of the décor is being referred to generically: a winter tree instead of a Christmas tree, a winter wreath instead of a Christmas wreath, etc..
The vast majority of Americans are Christians* and the Christian Christmas season sales often make or break American retailers’ profits for the entire year** So why does it seem that the voices of “Happy Holiday”, anti-Christian, anti-Christmas people are heard and honored over those of the Christians (and non-Christians) who are celebrating and purchasing gifts during the Christmas season?
I want to hear the hosts saying, “Merry Christmas”, not “Happy Holidays”. When a host is sitting at a table selling something, I want to see that Christmas tree right beside/behind that host, not being moved further and further away from them so that virtually only the tips of the tree can be seen. After all, even if a few viewers aren’t interested in Christmas, there’s still plenty of merchandise for them to purchase!
I think a multitude of Christians feel the way I do, and I hope I’ve made my point…………because if I don’t see and hear a LOT of “Merry Christmas” on QVC this year and forward, I will not purchase even one Christmas item from QVC.
I think QVC is one of the best businesses when it comes to quality and service, and I eagerly await your reply.
