Q Insider - Anyone Else Having Trouble?

I got a letter about 6 wks. ago to advise me that I would continue receiving my Q Insider at no charge (after this subscription runs out in April '14).

Meanwhile I never got my August Edition and I can't access it online. I get a message stating that I am not a subscriber. I called CS last night and they said they would send a letter to corporate.

I tried to access it online again and I'm still getting the same message.....called CS again and they advised me that they got an email back from corporate that the problem has been rectified. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Has anyone else had a problem?
