Purchasing prescription eyeglasses online.....

I know that it's fairly easy and MUCH cheaper, but I would miss all the trying-on in order to find the pair which looks 'best'. I do have a definite frame color and shape in mind, though, and know that I want the pair to be as weightless as possible.

What have your experiences been, and what/who would you recommend?
