Puppy Help Please !

My 4 month Boston Terrier Lucy was diagnosed with Kennel cough it will Be two weeks ago on Friday. She still is not better and she only coughs at night. She's not finished with All her meds yet. Should I be scared? She sounds contested in her chest When she coughs. She's still very active and playing and has a appetite. Anyone else go through this ? If I don't answer right away I will in the Morning. Need to get up at 4:30 am for work.
