Puppies Found

I found two puppies in my back yard. Someone must have dropped them off and I don't know what to do with them. I have a cat and really don't have time or extra funds to take care of two dogs.

I called the Humane Society and the lady said she as so many now and doesn't have room for them. She said my only alternative is the pound. I don't want to take them there.

I've asked around the neighborhood and friends and haven't found anyone.

Any suggestions?
