Over shipping issues. We really have some sorry shipping services in the US. I've waited with eager anticipation for my back ordered TSV air fryer to arrive. I checked the tracking awhile ago and it says it was delivered at 3:11pm today, only it wasn't, at least not to me. It was shipped FedEx, the kiss of death for a package. I immediately called FedEx and they're going to have a tracking agent check it.
For the second time in a month, I have a Q order ship USPS that has a tracking number but "no tracking info available". The first one never showed up and the second is overdue. Should I reorder before it's sold out like the first item?
I've also got a Zulily order that started its tracking in China and has been all over the US. Everyday it changes with cities where it was yesterday deleted and new ones added. I don't expect to ever see it.
It's so frustrating because there isn't a thing you can do about it.

@Kachina624 I feel your pain! I've always found UPS to be the very best, most reliable delivery service (much faster and better than USPS).

Interesting - my experiences, at least in the city, were that Fedex was best - much better than UPS for reliability. IMO in the city UPS just.doesn't.care. USPS never, ever bothers to enter any tracking info whatever until they enter "delivered" in my experience.
Now that I'm in the country I have no issues. UPS is good but we're last on the route, USPS is what it is :-( and Fedex is great - there is a huge Fedex hub about 20-25 min. from me.
I totally sympathize with being antsy for your stuff to arrive.

Back in September I ordered the Masterbuilt portable smoker (K43827). The package got to a drop off within 70 miles of me...then stayed there ever since.
I called UPS and they tried to track down the pkg...but no, they couldn't find it. HOW does an almost 22 lb smoker become MIA?...that's what I would like to know...
I had to wait the required amount of time the Q requires before reordering about 2 weeks later. I told the rep I was afraid of the item selling out. She stated she understood my problem, but if I ordered a 2nd smoker and the original one was found, I would be charged to return the 2nd one since the Q can't prevent problems arising from shipping which do happen from time to time.
In this case, I got lucky. The original smoker was never found and I was able to reorder it before it sold out just a couple of days later.
Maybe someone who works at UPS is using my MIA smoker for tailgate parties...
It's certainly too big and too heavy to get swept up like a small envelope of jewelry while cleaning at the end of a shift...

This should be a reality check for those people who trust that the Q. will get your items in time for Christmas...
I had a package lost that was shipping Fed Ex....the Mods sent me a replacement ...had they sold out it would be my loss...
Now i had three packages ...shipping the same way....all three arrived in a timely manner...go figure...

Recently I had an item that for all intents nd purposes looked like it shipped and billed just fine via UPS and gave me an EDD date that was typical only it too never showed up at my doorstep. I called c/s and was told to wait an additional day before getting a refund, then the next rep said it was 5 days to wait and then it was 7 days after EDD that I could get a refund ("because it was coming any day now and I see this happen all the time," said the last c/s representative).
Finally, a rep stated I could get my refund but when she went to do so, told me that I was never billed and that it never shipped. All this after the computer stated it shipped UPS and I guess not one rep who told me that I needed to wait ever bothered to check to see if I had actually been billed?
All during this time I could not cancel the order because it stated it shipped yet I was now being told I was never billed and therefore never shipped. It now had been a month since I originally placed the order. 48 hrs later the status changed from shipped to "in process" a second time since I originally placed this order and using the same order number but they failed to tell me or ask me if I still wanted the item. In the interim I had purchased the item on Amazon. When I saw it in process, I swiftly canceled it and was successful. SMH!

Absolutely it should.
People need to know, or have a good idea, whether QVC is shipping an item from a QVC warehouse or whether it's being shipped directly from the vendor. Anything QVC doesn't ship, I think they consider themselves not responsible for things that go wrong, since they have nothing to do with the shipping. I don't think it should be this way, but I think that's the way it IS.
If I ordered something before Dec. 5th (my personal cut-off date for mail order gifts) and there was any sort of will-it-or-won't-it arrive or needing to re-order, I'd Just Say No and buy something else.
