Public use of cellphones - come on!

Was in a restaurant tonight where a woman was talking very loudly on her cellphone with the SPEAKERPHONE on! So the whole section of the restaurant was treated to both sides of the conversation for about 5 minutes! People no longer have any concept of decorum. There is a time and a place. People talk on cellphones EVERYWHERE and do they not care that other people can hear the details of their lives? I don't get it! Send a text, take it outside, or call them back! Geez!
