Professional behavior from CS

I got on a "chat" to try to resolve an issue of rewards with a major credit card company that boasts of US based customer service.   What I got was a person who apparently thought she was toilet training a toddler.  "Good Job", "Awesome" , "Fantastic", "Keep Up the Good Work"!   I just wanted some information.  Is this what we have to look forward to in future?  And, no, i did not have my issue resolved.  Good Grief!

I feel your pain. Twice I have called kindle support and the information they gave me was wrong. After a lot of wasted time and being spoken to like a child, and a slow one at that, I figured it out on my own.Apple support wasn't much better, and I ended up figuring the solution out myself.I always try to be polite and explain my problem clearly, but sometimes tech support is not very supportive. I always try to remind myself that it is hard dealing with the public, but when they give you wrong information, well, I get frustrated.
