Product videos stopping on Qs website

Has anyone been able to get the product videos to fully run?  My Ipad is running other videos no problem with you tube etc. Customer service said check my settings but didn't know what settings to check...  I did post about this on the Customer Care forum but no help so far there either.  Any suggestions anyone?
